Carrier access rules
This page is for approved carrier users only.
Carrier self-dispatch/direct shipper loads use a 4% linehaul-only service fee.
Regular dispatcher-dispatched loads stay at 1%.
Carrier users must have the Equitable Carrier or Carrier WordPress role.
All direct shipper loads created from Equitable contacts must be booked through the Equitable system.
Required carrier packet documents
No POA is required for carrier self-dispatch access. Use the carrier onboarding form, System Protection NDA, and Non-Circumvention / Non-Solicitation documents.
