No. Load boards help users search posted freight. Equitable is built to help dispatchers and carriers organize direct shipper opportunities, outreach notes, approvals, documents, PODs, and billing review.

Is Equitable a freight broker?

No. Equitable is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or public freight marketplace. The system is designed around carrier-first dispatch workflow and carrier approval.

Who can use the nationwide shipper database?

Access is intended for approved dispatchers and approved carriers working inside Equitable compliance rules, carrier-approved lanes, equipment, and outreach authorization.

How are freight opportunities handled?

Equitable provides database access, workflow tools, training direction, documents, and compliance controls. Freight research and outreach stay tied to carrier-approved equipment, lanes, service areas, operating plans, and final carrier decisions.

The carrier and shipper prospect pools are already inside the Equitable system. You can begin with existing database records, then use the FMCSA Generator whenever you want a newly generated carrier list from its supported current public government data sources. Social media remains optional if you choose to use it for additional marketing.

Access timing: the first 30 days of Equitable portal access are included after approved activation. Starting day 31, Equitable portal access is $99/month following separate authorization. Dispatcher onboarding is $149.99 one-time, and the licensed FMCSA Generator is a separate required $59.99 one-time purchase. Active Equitable Contract Dispatchers must also have Truckstop Pro, billed separately by Truckstop. Estimated Truckstop Pro pricing is $159/month before applicable fees and taxes.
