Is Equitable a freight broker?

No. Equitable is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or public freight marketplace. The system is designed around carrier-first dispatch workflow and carrier approval.

Who can use the nationwide shipper database?

Access is intended for approved dispatchers and approved carriers working inside Equitable compliance rules, carrier-approved lanes, equipment, and outreach authorization.

No TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other social-media advertising is required just to begin finding prospects.

The carrier and shipper prospect pools are already inside the Equitable system. You can begin with existing database records, then use the FMCSA Generator whenever you want a newly generated carrier list from the most current FMCSA source data available to you. Social media remains optional if you choose to use it for additional marketing.

Access timing: the first 30 days of Equitable portal access are included after approved activation. Beginning day 31, continued Equitable access is $99/month. The $35 FMCSA Generator license is a separate one-time required dispatcher-onboarding cost.

Prospect records are not represented as guaranteed customers or guaranteed freight. Carrier and shipper records must still be reviewed, verified when needed, contacted manually within the approved workflow, and converted through real outreach and carrier authorization.
