Account responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your account, device, and credentials. Do not share passwords or use another person’s account. Notify Equitable promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
These Terms govern use of the Equitable Solutions LLC website, applications, role portals, products, documents, support features, and freight-workflow tools. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the written terms that apply to your selected path.
Users must be legally able to contract, provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use only the role and records they are authorized to access.

Applications, agreements, approval, account creation, and portal activation are separate steps. Dispatcher and carrier credentials are not interchangeable. Access may be refused, limited, or removed when qualifications, documents, payment authorization, security, or program requirements are not met.
You must keep authority, insurance, contact, carrier, shipper, lane, load, document, invoice, and status information accurate. Do not upload material you lack the right to use.
The carrier makes final equipment, lane, rate, outreach, shipper, and load decisions. Tools and training support workflow; they do not replace carrier judgment, legal advice, safety duties, or regulatory compliance.
The signed agreement and saved load record control the applicable rate. Fee paths may not be stacked on one load.
The current self-dispatch fee is 3% of saved linehaul for eligible booked carrier self-dispatch loads. Properly identified fuel surcharge and approved accessorial charges are excluded from that fee base.
Managed dispatch has one carrier-facing path through Equitable Solutions LLC. Standard managed loads use 5% of linehaul: 4% dispatcher compensation and 1% Equitable retention. Dispatcher-handled Truckstop loads use the exact carrier-approved dispatcher-set percentage of at least 5%; Equitable retains 1% and the dispatcher receives the remainder. The assigned dispatcher is not a separate carrier fee path.
Required one-time dispatcher startup is $134: $99 Equitable onboarding/setup plus the required $35 FMCSA Generator license using the same dispatcher email. The $99 onboarding includes 30 days of portal access after approved activation. Continued Equitable access is $99 per month beginning day 31 after separate recurring checkout authorization. Truckstop Pro is recommended for live rate tools and rate intelligence but is not required. For managed-dispatch loads, the carrier pays one 5% of linehaul charge. 4% of linehaul is dispatcher compensation and 1% is retained by Equitable.
Digital products are separate one-time purchases under their displayed terms. The FMCSA Carrier Lead Generator is currently $35. Digital purchases do not automatically include platform, database, portal, carrier, or dispatcher approval.
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Written agreements, product terms, privacy terms, and role-specific notices also apply when relevant.
Equitable and its licensors own the service, software, designs, training materials, databases, and product content except for user-provided material. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them only for the approved purpose.
Equitable may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, expired authorization, inaccurate records, security risk, unlawful conduct, misuse, violation of agreements, or harm to the service or others. Obligations concerning fees, ownership, confidentiality, records, disputes, and liability survive where applicable.
The service and information are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Equitable does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, freight, revenue, savings, load availability, shipper response, carrier qualification, rates, or results. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the controlling written agreement.
Florida law governs to the extent permitted by law, without regard to conflict rules. Venue will lie in the applicable state or federal courts serving Duval County, Florida, unless a controlling written agreement states otherwise. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
