Name, business name, contact details, login/account information, application answers, carrier authority and insurance details, equipment, lanes, service preferences, agreements, support messages, uploaded documents, and product-order information.
Authorized shipper-research activity, outreach notes, carrier approvals, truck availability, load details, status updates, documents, invoices, fee records, audit history, and support confirmations.
IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, security events, cookie choices, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the website.
Checkout and recurring-payment authorization are handled by the displayed payment provider. Equitable may receive transaction status, product, amount, customer contact details, and provider reference numbers, but does not ask users to send complete card numbers through site forms or support.
Equitable uses information only for legitimate website, product, account, freight-workflow, safety, security, support, and legal purposes.
To review applications; create and secure accounts; provide products and authorized tools; support carrier-controlled freight work; calculate the applicable saved fee path; maintain documents and audit records; answer support requests; prevent abuse; and meet legal, tax, accounting, or contractual duties.
Information may be shared with vendors that host the site, deliver email, process payments, store files, provide security, or support the service. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their work.
Carrier, dispatcher, shipper, or other business information may be shown to approved participants only when needed for the authorized workflow and subject to the applicable agreement and role permissions.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, sale, or other business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
No internet service can promise perfect security, but Equitable uses role restrictions, access controls, activity records, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, contracts, disputes, security, accounting, tax, legal obligations, backups, and legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by record type.
Users may update available profile fields or contact Equitable to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Requests are verified and may be limited where retention is required by law, contract, security, or another person’s rights.
Visitors may use the cookie controls to accept, reject, or customize non-essential categories. Operational emails about applications, accounts, purchases, security, support, and freight records are not marketing messages and may still be sent when needed.
The service is intended for business users and not children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
