Carrier-first authorization
Confirm the carrier, equipment, lanes, rate expectations, service area, and outreach permission before prospecting or dispatch activity. The carrier must make final load decisions.
This policy protects carriers, dispatchers, shippers, customers, data, and system integrity. It applies to public pages, portals, databases, files, messages, products, AI features, and every authorized freight-workflow record.
Users must stay within their approved role, carrier authorization, written scope, and applicable law.
Confirm the carrier, equipment, lanes, rate expectations, service area, and outreach permission before prospecting or dispatch activity. The carrier must make final load decisions.
Identify yourself accurately, use factual information, follow the approved script and contact scope, record outcomes honestly, and stop when a recipient opts out or asks not to be contacted.
Access only records needed for authorized work. Keep private data private, upload only lawful and relevant files, and preserve accurate load, document, status, invoice, and audit records.
Use strong account security, approved devices and networks, and promptly report suspected credential theft, malicious files, unauthorized data access, or system vulnerabilities.
The following conduct may result in immediate restriction, investigation, preservation of records, or termination.
Do not hold yourself out as a freight broker, arrange freight outside the approved service scope, take control of carrier freight money, guarantee freight or rates, or use Equitable records to bypass required carrier approval.
Do not scrape or bulk-extract protected data; use predictive dialing, prerecorded or AI-generated voices, automated messages, or mass outreach; evade contact restrictions; or defeat rate, security, or access limits without written authorization and applicable consent.
Do not impersonate others, misstate authority, forge records, submit false reviews, threaten or harass people, discriminate unlawfully, transmit malware, infringe rights, or use the service for deceptive or illegal activity.
Do not reverse engineer where prohibited, probe or exploit security, share or resell accounts, redistribute protected databases or products, overload the service, bypass payments, or interfere with another user’s work.
Equitable may act proportionately to protect users and the system.
Equitable may review relevant account, security, support, and audit records; preserve evidence; ask for clarification; and restrict affected features while investigating.
Consequences may include warnings, corrected records, contact suppression, removal of content, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, loss of approval, or referral to service providers, affected parties, or authorities when appropriate.
