Public Website
Markets dispatch services, equipment types, pricing, compliance reminder support, Dispatcher Training, Broker Directory tools, and lead capture for owner-operators and small fleets.
The Equitable Dispatch App connects the public website, Dispatcher Portal, load document workflow, invoice tracking, Dispatcher Training Center, Nationwide Broker Directory, and future compliance reminder tools into one business-ready system for owner-operators, small fleets, and independent contractor dispatchers.
This WordPress app page shows the live workflow. The full installable app/PWA can be strengthened later after the first launch.
The system is built around one workflow: dispatch support, document handling, training, broker research, invoice tracking, and future compliance reminders.
Markets dispatch services, equipment types, pricing, compliance reminder support, Dispatcher Training, Broker Directory tools, and lead capture for owner-operators and small fleets.
Gives dispatchers access to load records, document submission, invoice tracking, training, broker research, onboarding, and support tools.
The same workflow runs across the site and portal: Dispatch Packet, Today Board, Lane Plan, Broker Directory, Booking Checklist, Tracking, Paperwork, and Invoice Support.
Equitable Solutions LLC operates as a dispatch service, not a freight broker. Carriers stay in control of final load decisions. Dispatchers support assigned carrier relationships and use the carrier’s authorization when helping with dispatch workflow tasks.
The Dispatcher Portal connects load records, document submission, invoice status, training, broker research, and onboarding links in one place.
The app concept groups completed load records into weekly invoice summaries and tracks whether documents and invoice support items are complete.
If an invoice remains unpaid past the following Wednesday, the sample workflow marks the carrier account as on hold until the balance is cleared.
The future Owner-Operator Compliance Center will help track important operating documents, renewal dates, and compliance-related reminders. This is reminder support only and not legal advice.
The booking fee is based on the weekly linehaul total. The booked load count is used to show the average fee per load.
$9,800.00 × 3.5% = $343.00
Account in good standing.
The app is built around a repeatable dispatch process so dispatchers do not randomly chase freight. Every tool should support the carrier’s operating plan.
