Dispatch Service Structure
Equitable Solutions LLC operates as a dispatch service, not a freight broker. Dispatchers work as independent contractors and support assigned motor carrier relationships.
- Dispatchers do not act as freight brokers.
- Dispatchers do not allocate loads between competing motor carriers.
- Where applicable, each dispatcher may support one active carrier per equipment/service category.
