Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a job offer?

No. Equitable Solutions LLC is providing a business system, training, tools, documents, and workflow access for approved independent dispatchers. Participants are not employees and no paycheck is promised.

Is onboarding really free?

Yes. Approved applicants using this special route pay $0 for onboarding and setup under the open-enrollment terms.

Is there a monthly dispatcher access fee?

The regular $99 monthly system-access fee is waived for the first 60 days after approved Dispatcher Portal activation. Beginning on day 61, the $99 monthly subscription is required.

Does the 1% load fee still apply during the 60 days?

Yes. The 1% per-load system usage fee applies from the first dispatched load and continues during and after the 60-day monthly-access waiver.

Will the $99 charge happen automatically on day 61?

The system automatically changes the account status to monthly payment required and sends the recurring Stripe subscription link. An actual card or bank charge can occur only after the dispatcher completes Stripe checkout and authorizes recurring billing.

Do I need dispatching experience?

Previous experience can help, but new dispatchers may apply. Applicants must be willing to learn, complete the required training, communicate professionally, and follow the structured carrier-first workflow.

Does Equitable guarantee carriers, loads, or income?

No. Approval, carriers, freight, rates, loads, contracts, revenue, and income are not guaranteed.

What happens after I submit my documents?

Your packet is reviewed for missing or incorrect documents. Qualified applicants complete required training and administrative review before secure Dispatcher Portal access is activated.
