4% of linehaul is dispatcher compensation and 1% is retained by Equitable.

At $150,000 in annual linehaul, compared with an 8% percentage fee:
- 3% self-dispatch: potential difference of $7,500 per year.
- 5% Equitable managed dispatch: potential difference of $4,500 per year.
Managed-dispatch payment flow: the carrier pays Equitable only for dispatch services. Equitable pays 4% of linehaul to the assigned Independent Contractor Dispatcher and retains 1% of linehaul from the same 5% carrier charge. Broker, shipper, and factor freight proceeds remain payable directly to the carrier or its factor and do not enter this payment flow.

No. The carrier keeps final load approval.
Can I combine managed-dispatch and self-dispatch fees on one load?
No. Do not stack both models on the same load. The written relationship and saved load record control the path.
