EquitableSolutions LLC
New independent dispatcher

Build the business in the correct order before you try to run loads.

Free social-media lessons can introduce dispatching. Equitable is designed to help an approved independent dispatcher move from business preparation into carrier prospecting, onboarding, carrier-authorized shipper outreach, load approval, documents, tracking, and closeout.

Before you apply

Start with the complete business path.

The system gives you the order, tools, records, and training direction to build and operate the business.

Build an independent dispatch business

You are applying to use an independent business operating system. Approved dispatchers build carrier relationships and perform the carrier-first workflow using Equitable tools.

Approval comes before access

Application, identity/contact verification, acknowledgements, training, and administrative approval are required before private tools open.

Follow a daily operating routine

Use the system to organize prospecting, follow-up, carrier qualification, communication, documents, load activity, and end-of-day review.

Complete process

Follow the work in the correct no-loop order.

Do not jump directly from watching lessons to searching freight. The carrier relationship and operating rules come first.

Prepare the independent business

Choose a business name, contact method, basic recordkeeping, service agreement path, and equipment focus.

Apply for Equitable access

Pay the one-time $99 setup fee, then complete the dispatcher application and all electronic acknowledgements.

Complete approval and training

Use the Training Center, current Operations Manual, and seven free dispatcher eBooks after approval.

Build a carrier prospect list

Use the FMCSA carrier lead workflow and import the call list into the Call Center.

Call and qualify one carrier at a time

Confirm equipment, authority, service area, preferred lanes, no-go areas, rate expectations, and business fit.

Onboard and protect the relationship

Collect the carrier packet, agreement, optional LPOA where applicable, permissions, and required documents.

Research only carrier-fit opportunities

Use the shipper database and broker/source tools only for a specific authorized carrier and approved lanes.

Qualify, present, and get approval

Confirm the rate, route, equipment, commodity, appointments, accessorials, paperwork, and carrier approval before commitment.

Run the load inside the system

Enter the load, attach documents, track status, collect BOL/POD records, and review invoicing.

Close the day and improve

Complete the performance and end-of-day review so follow-ups, documents, and next actions are not lost.

Fee timeline

Know what is included and what still applies.

The $99 setup payment includes the first 30 portal-access days after activation. It does not change the managed-dispatch 5% carrier charge split of 4% dispatcher / 1% Equitable.

The approved Dispatcher Portal activation date starts the 30 portal-access days included with the one-time $99 setup fee.

Beginning day 31

The $99 monthly system-access subscription becomes required. Actual recurring charging starts only after separate Stripe checkout and authorization.

Beginner questions

Read these before submitting the application.

The correct expectations protect both the dispatcher and the carrier.

What type of opportunity is this?

This is access to a business system for approved independent dispatchers who operate their own dispatch businesses.

Do I receive carriers automatically?

The system provides prospecting tools, scripts, records, and workflow so dispatchers can build and manage carrier relationships through manual outreach and follow-up.

Are the eBooks free after approval?

Yes. Approved dispatchers can download the seven current eBooks from the private Training Center at no extra charge.

Can I skip the carrier and search freight first?

No. The workflow is carrier-first. Freight research and outreach must stay tied to a specific authorized carrier, equipment, service area, and approved lanes.

How does freight research work?

Research and outreach stay tied to the carrier's approved equipment, lanes, service area, rate expectations, and operating plan.
