How to access the Carrier Portal

Use the separate Carrier Login button or open /carrier-portal/. Carrier and dispatcher credentials are not interchangeable.

Account-specific questions and private records should be submitted through the support form.

Use the Carrier Login

  1. Choose Carrier Login in the public header.
  2. Use the email or username assigned to the approved carrier account.
  3. After login, return to the Carrier Portal if WordPress sends you elsewhere.

The carrier portal is separate from the dispatcher portal. A carrier should not use dispatcher credentials or a general WordPress login path.
