Carrier Self-Dispatch: Control, Workflow, and Fee Boundaries

What approved carriers control when using the Equitable self-dispatch system.

Practical guidance

Use the information in the correct carrier-first context.

Equitable does not guarantee freight, rates, lanes, contracts, carrier signups, revenue, income, or business results.

The carrier performs the workflow

Self-dispatch access is for a carrier that wants to research shipper opportunities, log outreach, review rates, approve loads, enter records, manage documents, track status, and close out the work directly.

Carrier control remains central

The carrier controls lanes, rates, equipment, outreach authorization, booking decisions, authority, and freight money. Equitable provides workflow tools and does not guarantee freight or direct contracts.

Current fee boundary

The current carrier self-dispatch fee is 4% of linehaul on booked self-dispatch loads. Fuel surcharge and approved accessorials are excluded. Written terms control.

Next step

Move forward with the path that matches your real role.

Read the full offer before applying. Digital products, dispatcher platform access, carrier self-dispatch, and carrier dispatch support are separate unless a written offer clearly says otherwise.
