Current unique eligible records in the Equitable Internal Carrier Database used by the dispatcher Call Center. This count does not read the shipper table and does not include excluded broker/carrier-broker records.
No Separate Business Setup Needed — Start as an Independent Contractor Dispatcher.
Equitable Solutions LLC gives dispatchers access to a nationwide shipper database, carrier lead workflow, call scripts, rate intelligence, document tracking, billing review, training, and compliance controls.
Your prospecting pool is already inside Equitable: current portal access includes 969,360 searchable carrier prospects in the Internal Carrier Database and 123,811 searchable shipper/business prospects in the nationwide Direct Shipper Database. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other social-media advertising is not required just to begin finding prospects.
You can also use the FMCSA Generator with the latest official Company Census and AuthHist source files you download to create an organized call list of the most current New Authority holders available in those files, sorted newest authority first.
The goal is simple: help dispatchers stop relying only on broker-posted load-board freight and start helping approved carriers target direct shipper opportunities in carrier-approved lanes.
Built-in prospects before you buy ads.
Start with built-in carrier and shipper prospects instead of buying ads just to find people to call.
Active Dispatcher Portal access gives you the Equitable prospecting system: the Internal Carrier Database for carrier outreach, the nationwide Direct Shipper Database for carrier-authorized shipper research, and the FMCSA Generator for building a fresh organized carrier call list from the latest official source files you download.
Current records in the nationwide Direct Shipper Database for carrier-authorized prospecting by location, equipment fit, freight information, lane fit, and available contact fields inside the Equitable workflow.
Download the current FMCSA Company Census and AuthHist — All With History source files, run them through the FMCSA Generator, and create an organized call list of the most current New Authority holders available in the official files you downloaded. The Generator matches records by USDOT, keeps the newest authority action found for each carrier, and can sort the finished list newest authority first.
Prospect records are not represented as guaranteed customers or guaranteed freight. Carrier and shipper records must still be reviewed, verified when needed, contacted manually within the approved workflow, and converted through real outreach and carrier authorization.

Built for direct freight support, not broker behavior.
Equitable is not designed for dispatchers to act like freight brokers. Dispatchers must work from a specific carrier relationship, carrier-approved lanes, carrier-approved equipment, and carrier-approved load decisions.
- Do not find freight first and then look for a truck.
- Do not offer the same load to multiple carriers like a broker.
- Do not handle carrier freight money.
- Describe freight opportunities, rates, and services accurately and within the carrier-approved scope.
- Do not contact shippers outside the carrier’s approved lanes/equipment.
- Get carrier approval before servicing each load.

- Dispatcher-handled Truckstop loads: the dispatcher sets the carrier-approved percentage, with a 5% minimum. Equitable retains 1% of linehaul and the dispatcher receives the remainder of the selected percentage.
- The selected managed-dispatch percentage is the total carrier dispatch-service charge; it is not that percentage plus another 1%.

- Dispatcher system access is limited to people who currently reside in one of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, D.C.
